Looking aft from the radio area, you can see stowage racks for, flares, parachutes, sonobuoys, and PDC's (Practice Depth Charges). PDC's were used in conjunction with the sonobuoys to localize a contact using soundings. The sonobuoys were launched through the bottom of the aircraft, from the racks in the lower middle of the picture, using compressed air provided by a small onboard air compressor..

Looking forward from behind the crew seats you can see more sonobuoy stowage. The large oval panels sitting on edge on the floor, are the rear engine covers.

A little further back, on the left is the retro launcher for flares, and the practice depth charge (PDC) launcher. Then there are 2 seats for the crew that manned the after station. The large pipe in the over head is for heat to the tail for de-icing. Also in the over head is more sonobuoy stowage.
