Hello,
My name is Donna Young and my ex-husband was assigned to VP4 1980-1986. His name was Stephen J. Facsko, Jr. and he was a Chief. Steve passed away last Sunday, September 22. I would like to let people know of his passing. A funeral service is being planned in the future at Arlington Cemetery (date unknown at this time).
