AT2(AW/SW) Frank Velez, a plane captain stationed with Patrol Squadron FOUR (Skinny Dragons), taxi’s the last aircraft home in front of hangar. The P-3 aircraft returns home to Marine Corps Base Hawaii from a six-month deployment to Japan, Commanding Officer, CDR Robert W. Racoosin of Patrol Squadron FOUR is aboard. The crew shows their pride by waving the United States National Ensign along with their Squadron Flag from the cockpit of their aircraft.
